Here is some Photography Etiquette tips:

  • When taking pictures, and you are not sure if its ok....please ASK! This is especially important when you are in a culture that is 'cautious' of cameras.
  • An example of this is at Arabian Gulf States - NEVER take pictures of people, especially Arab women.
  • If you are taking pictures overseas, NEVER photograph: Embassies, Consulates, High Commissions (regardless of country), oil refineries, military installations, dams, Presidential Palaces.
  • More tips to be added soon!
